MYOFUNCTIONAL RESEARCH CO AUSTRALIA (MRC AUST) has developed advertising, marketing and training material for the use of the reseller/distributor agent (agent) who are selling its products. All products are branded, trade marked and or copyrighted in a particular way to present a consistent and accurate global image of MRC AUST and its products. The agent agrees to respect this right and agrees to the following conditions.

1. Use the marketing material, printed or otherwise from MRC AUST only for assisting sales and training of the products in their territory.

2. Ensure all material that is reproduced under licensing from MRC AUST is exactly as supplied by them either in film or CD form.

3. Not vary any logos, brand names or printed material in any way without the express written permission of MRC AUST.

4. Not produce any new material with the intention to use in advertising, marketing, and training without prior written permission to do so. Any such new material must be approved prior to distribution by MRC AUST. In this process, final artwork or electronic file (PDF) must be viewed and “signed off for use” by MRC AUST.

5. From time to time MRC AUST will ask for samples of advertising, marketing and training material to be seen to check for its accuracy and quality. The agent must supply this within 14 days of the request.

6. The agent is responsible for producing this material in the appropriate language. Samples of all these productions in other languages must be approved by MRC AUST prior to their distribution.

Failure to comply with the above agreement may result in the agent no longer being supplied with the products of MRC AUST.
